Zeynep Erkan graduted from Bilkent University School of Law. After graduation, she worked for public and private institutions and she worked in one of the prominent law firms in Ankara. She mainly worked with diplomatic missions located in Ankara, counseling them in Public and Private International Law matters and Turkish Law. In December 2022, she founded Erkan Attorney Partnership.

Her practises mainly in Private International Law, Arbitration, Labor Law and Contracts. She is fluent in English and Italian. She holds an LLM degree with a specialization in International Arbitration from Atilim University.
